The hotel was exactly what we wanted, with a large and very comfortable room equipped with a kitchen. The service was accommodating and helpful with parking and additional requests, although initial room conditions were disappointing. The location was perfect, close to the center of Victoria and easy to find, making it great for exploring the city. The dining options were adequate but uninspiring, not a major concern due to the room's kitchenette. The price was reasonable, excluding dining.
